Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale – Terms & Conditions

Sale Period: 8am Tues 11 Nov  – 11:59pm Tues 2 Dec (AEDT).

Applies to all purchases made during this period.

1. Eligibility & Scope: Offers apply only during the Sale Period and while stocks last. Sale pricing appears automatically online – no codes required. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Melli Cosmetics may modify or withdraw offers at any time.

2. Discount Codes / Loyalty / Promotions: No discount codes or loyalty redemptions (Welcome, Birthday, Points) are valid during the Sale. Prices are as marked. Loyalty points still accrue on eligible purchases (after discounts, excluding tax and shipping). Gift cards, pre-orders and items marked “excluded” are not discounted.

3. Gift With Purchase (GWP): Limited quantities available while stocks last. Qualifying spend must be met in one transaction (after discount, before shipping). GWPs auto-add to eligible carts while available. Once sold out, GWPs won’t appear or be substituted. If items are returned and the order no longer qualifies, the GWP must be returned unused or its value deducted from refunds.

4. Custom Blend Foundations: Unavailable during the Sale Period and returning for order from Fri 5 Dec 2025 (AEDT).

5. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments: Orders with pre-order items ship together once all items arrive. To receive in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.

6. Shipping & Processing Times: Outside sale periods, orders usually dispatch within 24–48 business hours. During Black Friday/Cyber Monday, dispatch may take longer due to high order volumes. November is a peak delivery month and carrier delays may occur. We appreciate your patience while our small team carefully packs each order. Free shipping thresholds apply after discounts and before shipping fees.

7. Returns & Faulty Items: All sale products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Please contact Customer Care for assistance. Refunds (if approved for faulty items) will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping. If a GWP was received and not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders can process quickly and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once submitted. Please double-check shades, addresses and quantities before checkout.

9. Errors & Omissions: Melli Cosmetics reserves the right to correct or cancel orders affected by technical or pricing errors.

10. Fair Use: Orders may be cancelled or limited where misuse, reselling or fraudulent activity is suspected.
