1. All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by melli cosmetics
2. melli cosmetics may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If melli cosmetics requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to melli cosmetics, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
3. melli cosmetics delivers the products you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the products are not available you will be notified of this by melli cosmetics as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products will be presumed by melli cosmetics to be authorised to receive the products.
4. melli cosmetics uses Australia Post for delivery with the following services available:
• Regular $9.90
• Registered $12.70
• Express $11.70
5. In the rare instance of an order’s dimension weight (physical size of package) is greater than the actual weight an added postage fee may apply.


Returns- Damaged Products:
1. Goods are to be inspected within 24 hours of receiving. Damages must be reported to Auspost and melli cosmetics within 48 hours. All original boxing and packaging must be kept.
2. Due to problems with claiming damages on customers behalf, Auspost have informed us that its much easier for the customer to claim damages please follow the procedure below, we apologize for any inconvenience. In certain circumstances like birthday/Christmas gifts or items required promptly for make-up artist's please contact David and we can work something out.
• Damaged items and all original packaging plus your invoice from melli cosmetics (printable email confirmation of your order) is to be taken your local post office and a damage claim submitted.
• With the damage items and packaging being verified by Auspost, please keep all packaging and damaged items as you may be contacted by auspost requesting you return these items (at Auspost's cost) to them at head office for inspection.
