Do you have first time customer discount codes ?

For your first order enter WELCOME in the discount box in your cart/checkout to receive 15% off your first order. Please note that this needs to be entered manually by yourself- we are unable to apply it on our end after you have completed your purchase. Welcome codes, affiliate codes, loyalty discount codes aren't applicable during Sale periods.

What if i forget to add my code in during checkout ?

Unfortunately once your order is completed we are unable to apply your discount code on our end.

How do your loyalty points work ?

 STEP 1 

Click on the STAR Icon on the lower left hand corner of the site to sign in to access your points.

Please note that if you do not have an account with us - meaning that you have shopped in the past as a guest you wont be able to access your points.

We encourage you to have an account for this reason.

You can sign up for an account to access your points from past orders by visiting the LOGIN page and scrolling down to New Customer. ( Loyalty points start from orders made from late 2021 when the programme launched. Loyalty points are unable to be applied during sale periods. However you will still earn points during this period.

 How long does it take for my order to leave your warehouse ?

We love to ship your order out as quick as we possibly can. If we are able to, we will send it out the same day as it comes in & have fun doing it !

Where does my order leave from ?

We are based on the Central Coast of NSW, 1 Hour North of Sydney.

I have ordered a Preorder product how does this work ?

Preorders are shipped once they arrive in our warehouse - then you will receive an email with a tracking number. Preorders are generally offered on a  best selling product that sells out quickly.  For an estimate of when your preorder will ship check out the ETA date on the preorder product page. Please be aware orders containing a preorder will only ship complete- not in separate parts.
